Need help with Still?
Still helps you block distracting apps and websites, create reusable profiles, set daily limits and schedules, and start strict Focus sessions.
For support, bug reports, purchase issues, or feedback, contact:
When contacting support, please include:
- Your iPhone model
- Your iOS version
- Your Still app version
- The feature you were using
- A short description of what happened
- Screenshots or a screen recording, if possible
Please do not include passwords or other sensitive personal information.
App Blocking Help
Still uses Apple Screen Time to block selected apps.
If app blocking is not working:
- Open Still.
- Open Settings.
- Check the Screen Time permission section.
- Tap Allow, Check, or Choose apps, depending on the option shown.
- Return to Profiles and confirm that the profile is turned on.
If Still asks you to choose apps again, your previous Screen Time selection may have expired. Choose the apps again to resume blocking.
Profile Help
Profiles let you save apps and website lists together.
To create or edit a profile:
- Open Profiles.
- Select an existing profile or choose New profile.
- Choose apps and website lists.
- Select Always, Schedule, or Daily limit.
- Save the profile and turn it on.
If a profile is saved but not blocking, open Settings in Still and tap Check.
Website Blocking Help
Open the Web tab to create and manage website lists.
You can:
- Block selected websites
- Allow only selected websites
- Use the built-in Adult sites list
- Add block lists to profiles and Focus presets
If a website is still available:
- Confirm that its website list is active.
- Check that Screen Time permission is allowed.
- Open Still Settings and tap Check.
- Close and reopen the browser.
Safari Private Browsing may be unavailable while website blocking is active. This is part of Apple’s Screen Time website controls.
Focus Help
Focus blocks the selected apps and websites until its timer ends.
After Focus starts, it cannot be stopped, shortened, or changed. This is intentional.
Before starting Focus, carefully check:
- The Focus duration
- Selected profiles
- Selected apps
- Selected website lists
Apps and websites become available automatically when the timer ends. If blocking remains after the displayed end time, open Still and wait a moment for the session to refresh. If the issue continues, restart your iPhone and contact support.
